Many meaningful conversations have unfolded between friends, family and colleagues over the dishes.

Getting the word menopause into the kitchens of homes and workplaces all over the country via a beautifully designed tea towel is one great way for people of all ages and genders to learn about this normal and inevitable stage of life.

Menopause is something everyone should understand so let’s talk about it!

The unbleached, 100% cotton, limited-edition tea towels are screen printed using water-based ink in Levin, Aotearoa New Zealand. Note: colours may vary because the tea towels are printed by hand, not a machine.

Proceeds from the tea towels help fund my advocacy work for the cause.
