Terms & conditions for competitions

• Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.

• Entries must comply with all entry criteria as set out in the text of the promotion and within the timeframe stated.

• An individual may enter multiple times, unless otherwise specified.

• Winners are selected at random, unless otherwise stated.

• Menopause Over Martinis* is not liable for any technical glitches or malfunctions of the platforms used to operate the competition or for the internet connectivity of any party.

• The winner will be contacted using the same platform used by the winner to enter the competition. Menopause Over Martinis* is under no obligation to make contact with the winner if unable to do so via the platform used to enter. If the winner does not make contact with Menopause Over Martinis* with their postal address within 2 weeks of the competition closing, the prize will be forfeited.

• Prizes will be posted to winners in NZ within 1 week of the competition closing.

• The prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

• By accepting the prize, a winner gives Menopause Over Martinis* permission to share the winner’s name for promotional purposes on the platform used to enter the competition.

• The competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any platform e.g. Facebook.

• These terms will generally apply to competitions offered by Menopause Over Martinis* but will be subject to any specific terms or conditions as set out in a specific promotion.
